Ticket Policies

Refunds  |  Tickets are non-refundable, but may be converted to tax-deductible donations until 3:00pm the day of the concert, 11:00am for matinees.

Exchanges  |  Exchanges will not be processed after the performance start time. Non-subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance within the same program cycle until 3:00pm the day of the concert, 11:00am for matinees. A service fee will apply. Subscribers may exchange tickets for another concert within the 2021-2022 Season until 3:00pm the day of the concert, 11:00am for matinees at no additional cost.

Children  |  Seraphic Fire performances are not recommended for children under the age of 8. We do ask that you carefully consider your child’s ability to sit through the performance, as some concerts are fairly long.

Students  |  Full-time, degree-seeking students are eligible for complimentary StudentAccess tickets that become available one week prior to the performances. To enroll click here. Excludes A Seraphic Fire Christmas.
